The Bolinas Community Land Trust (BCLT), founded in 1982, houses very low, and extremely low-income residents who would other wise be forced out of the community due to scarcity of housing and escalating housing costs. As our income is derived from rents, gas station revenue and donations, would you please consider a tax deductible donation enabling the BCLT to continue to serve our community?
We believe that living in affordable housing should mean a quality dwelling, and that our presence in our community benefits residents and visitors alike.

In Marin County, your fair housing rights are protected by state and federal laws which say that no one may be denied the right to rent or own a home on the basis of their race or color, national origin, religion, sex, family status, or handicap. The BCLT does have certain occupancy standards depending on the dwelling and income requirements, depending on the rents.
